We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returning and exchanging can easily be done via our return portal. Click HERE.
RETURN PERIOD
We use a return period of 30 days during which you may return your package without giving any reason. The 30 days start when the package is received. The return shipment must be sent back to us within these 30 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, you can easily do that via the return portal.
REFUND OPTIONS
1. Refund to Gift Card (Fastest +15% Bonus)
Get your refund faster and enjoy 15% extra value. Once processed by our warehouse, you’ll receive your digital gift card within 2–3 business days. Valid for 12 months.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds usually take 7–10 business days after your return has been processed (within 10 working days after arrival at our warehouse). Once issued, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 extra days before visible in your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. Our team will review and provide the best solution.

Items returned worn or damaged (unless reported beforehand). Such returns will be rejected.
RETURN COSTS
Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and country of return.
We are not responsible for customs charges (import duty or tax) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and must keep proof of shipment. Without a valid track & trace, we cannot process claims.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. After arrival at our warehouse, returns are handled within 10 working days. You will receive confirmation once your refund or gift card is issued. Please allow up to 7 days for bank refunds to show in your account.
